Our infrared heated Yin Yoga class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that release tension in the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, shoulders, chest and spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes less and sometimes longer.
We add a deeply meditative atmosphere with our candlelit space, healing live music with energy-sensitive instructors, closing with deeply restorative sound bath.
