AZ I AM specializes in detox and wellness offerings, including our barrel Steam Sauna and Cold Plunge. We are passionate about traditional saunas vs. infrared for the safety, natural elements (fire, earth, water, air), as well as extensive studies around Finnish sauna use.Sweat out toxins, improve your skin, reduce stress, increase recover and take time for yourself!
Please bring a towel (or rent one from us for $3), and a change of clothes, if needed. We do not offer shower facilities with this service offering.
