Join AZ I AM for our weekly Goddess Circle + Sonic Saturdays: a warm Kava Ceremony & Sound Journey ushering you into a realm of meditation, healing, & dharmic inspiration. We will use crystal singing bowls, gong, rattles, drums, as well as drones and sound frequency looping for hypnotic access to your subconscious mind, with options for Kava or other plant based adaptogens.
We will hold ritual, expand healing and empowered intention with Sound Healing, Community, Kava and Ceremony.

Kava root is the traditional national drink of Fiji. It is a mildly sedative drink. One often feels a pleasant, numb feeling around the mouth, lips and tongue, as well as a sense of calm and relaxation.
